My name is John Meyer, and I am a graduate of Temple University, having received my BA with distinction in Political Science and Economics in the Spring of 2022. I completed my MSc in Economic History at the London School of Economics in of Fall 2023 and I am currently pursuing my MPhil in economics at Oxford University. My primary fields are economic history, comparative development, and political economy with a specialisation in applied quantitative methods and experiments for the social sciences. My research focuses primarily on topics related to institutions and institutional change, technological diffusion and innovation, and the provision of public goods.
